Shipping Policy

You will receive a notification when your order has shipped. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses or customer errors. We ship all packages to the address that is submitted at the time the order is placed.

Shipping may take longer than normal during certain holidays such as Christmas or in the event that we have a higher volume of sales than normal.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Typical shipping times for domestic orders is 3 to 5 business days. We do provide options for expedited shipping at additional cost.

Local Pick-up

Local Pick-up is available in certain areas determined by your zip code. This option will be available to you at checkout if your zip code is within our direct service area. Local pick-up is free and will save you on the shipping costs. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Local pickup is only available during our business hours. After-hours pickup will incur an additional fee.

International Shipping
